Supply of agricultural products from Russia to China
A project to organize B2B supplies of agricultural products from Russia to the Chinese market. The work includes market analysis, product preparation, logistics and support of export operations.
The Challenge
Organizing entry into the Chinese market and building a stable supply channel, taking into account the requirements of Chinese importers, regulators and logistics conditions.
What We Do
- we analyze the Chinese market for brewing raw materials: volumes, requirements, competition, price levels
- we shape the product line and adapt specifications and packaging to the requirements of the Chinese market
- we prepare commercial and negotiation materials for working with Chinese partners
- we build a logistics model, including routes, certification, customs procedures and storage
- we support quality approval with Chinese partners and specialized laboratories
- we take part in negotiations with importers and distributors
- we provide legal and documentary support for export supplies
The Result
The first shipments of products to the Chinese market have been launched. The project is building a working export channel and creating a foundation for scaling up supply volumes.
